B-BBEE Verifications
Pinnacle Rating Agency is accredited with the South Africa National Accreditation System (SANAS) with the Accreditation number BVA210.
We provide a verification service that includes a Preparation session to prepare the client for the process and to explain the requirements of the verification, an onsite visit and a BBBEE certificate, scorecard and report.
We do Qualifying Small enterprise (annual turnover between R10m-50m) and Generic Company (>R50M) verifications.
Our Process:
- Request for verification – Complete the application form
- Quotation – A quotation is provided and the Service Agreement is signed.
- Deposit Invoice – Upon receipt of an accepted quotation, a 50% deposit fee is payable.
- Submit verification claim – Submit the claim for verification via an excel data gathering sheet. The claim must be submitted at least 1 day before the document review day (Preparation Session). An analyst will select samples and communicate the document requirements and interviewees.
- Day 1 Document Review (Preparation Session) – The complete file with document requirements must be submitted on day 1 for the analyst to verify the requirements. The analyst will communicate and resolve queries.
- Final Invoice – After the Preparation session, the final 50% fee is payable.
- Day 2 Onsite Verification – During the on-site verification, the analyst will conduct opening and closing meetings and interviews.
- Review – The Technical Signatory reviews the file for the correctness of the score and completeness of supporting evidence. The Certificate and Report and Scorecard is issued.
